I think it is prosilver based.

That style looks to be based on prosilver but it's paid so I'm not fully sure.
What is the error you are getting exactly?
Please try if the captcha works on the default prosilver style, if it does you should contact the author of the paid style to look into this. (probably missing something from the default style)
