Not sure if this is another plugin issue, but using Chrome or Firefox in a smartphone doesn't allow me to drag the boxes. I could have sworn it worked before. Can you confirm?

Found the problem! It was due to AllanStyle-ShadowGlow. Looks like there is a CSS issue? So I will inform the author of that theme.

I love Xampp. I just navigated to my computer via 192.168.1.xxx/phpbb (or forum name) and I was able to test using my smartphone. Have to drop the Windows Firewall though.

I'm not aware of this issue, so it the CSS shadow overlapping the whole (draggable) box or what do you think?

Well, my knowledge is very limited about code. It would seem to me a CSS issue involving AllanStyle-ShadowGlow and smartphones.
