Please try to clear the cache, if that doesn't work try to disable and enable the extension.

Try to purge the cache, disable your ads blocker.

If it's any help, I disabled version 2.0.0, then deleted the data. Deleting the data does mean you will need to "Add" back the configuration though.

Finally I updated to version 2.0.1 and then enabled it.

Didn't help, try several times. Options just can't be dragged. Seems it have something to do with the skin (Ravaio).

The style needs to be up to date to support the template event.
