Ok, running 3.2.7 and I downloaded:

Sortables-CAPTCHA-Plugin-master.zip

I extracted it using tar and it appears to be a directory structure which can simply be copied into my /forum/ directory. I used rsync and copied it over.

phpBB still works fine but I can't figure out how to enable Sortables. It doesn't show up in the Extensions tab of the Admin control panel. Also does not show up in the spambot countermeasures link of the General tab.

I read a doc which said to launch install.xml, but I don't see any file with that name.

I'm sure I'm missing something obvious. I am a unix admin and don't need to have my hand held, and apologize for the basic question. If someone could point me to a document describing how to activate this plugin I'd be grateful.

Folder structure needs to be: derky/sortablescaptcha/ in the ext folder.
Easiest thing for now is to just download the normal version from the CDB and apply this manual fix until version 2.0.1 is released: https://www.phpbb.com/customise/db/exte ... 76#p687376
