Doesn't work with 3.2.5
I added it to the usual place ext/phpbb/ but it wasn't even showing up on the list to enable/disable.

Hi Megaboost. Thanks for your message. Is this the only extension you've tried to install that's exhibited this behaviour in 3.2.5, or are others not appearing as well?
Possibly the reason is because you uploaded it to ext/phpbb... as this is one of my extensions and not an official phpBB extension, the directory should be ext/battye
