In ACP:

Permission to thanks for posts (group forum permission)

• click on « PERMISSIONS » tab,
• click on « Group forum permissions » section,
• choose a group like « Registered users »,
• select a forum,
• click on « Advanced Permissions » link,
• click on « Misc » tab, there is one appropriate permission : Can thank for posts

Permissions to view the list of all thanks and the top thanked forums/topics/posts list (aka "Toplist")

• click on « PERMISSIONS » tab,
• click on « Group permissions » section,
• choose a group, f.e. « Registered users »,
• click on « Advanced Permissions » link,
• click on « Misc » tab, there are two appropriate permissions:
  • Can view list of all thanks
  • Can view toplist

Moderator permission to clear (delete) thanks

• click on « PERMISSIONS » tab,
• click on « Global moderators » section,
• choose a group like « Global moderators »,
• click on « Advanced Permissions » link,
• click on « Misc » tab, there is one appropriate permission : Can clear the thanks list
