Hello, your extension is very useful

One concern

where can I change the format of date? Into like this:

Registration Date:
Jan 7th, '17, 12:16

ADD: So new user when they login they will see that date format.

Hello,
date format is taken from the user preferences. You can force global date format in ACP, which will force date format in the extension as well.
