What username can be used to view this issue? none, I'm the only person on the forum
What password can be used to view this issue? none
When did your problem begin? I installed this with AutoMod
Please describe your problem. When I go to Administration Control Panel > User and Groups there is no link on the left nav to add a new user.

Use the Support Toolkit Add user option.
