Is this extension compatible with phpbb 3.1.6 ?
After install it will not show in the Extensions Manager.

Is there detailed install documentation somewhere?

I have questions about the "index.xml" file
and the "root" directory
Is this directory supposed to me moved to the root?
Is the xml file supposed to be installed manually in the code?

if so the functions file contains no //What timezone in the file. so I'm thinking not.

Ok I have searched and read pages and pages of stuff and as of yet I have not found any good instillation instructions for this mod. From what I have read it is supposed to be here https://www.phpbb.com/customise/db/mod/ ... anagement/

I am now starting to figure out that this is possibly not an extension and the whole folder my need to be uploaded to the public.html and not the ext file although I have not seen as of yet where to upload the folder to.

I will try that

3.0 mods will not work in 3.1 so no this mod will not work in a 3.1 forum.
