- Redirects all users who haven't logged in since an announcement was posted to the announcement when they log in to the board. The MOD compares the time of the announcement with the time that the user last logged in; if the user hasn't logged in since the topic was posted they are redirected otherwise the user proceeds as normal to the index page.
