When i'm on the forum the countdown doesn't show up, is there any common reasons i can check as to why?

The options are in the ACP, the SQL database has the values, and i've copied all the text changes into the files listed on install.xml

Please help me to understand where i'm going wrong!

Do you purge the cache?
