This MOD is helpfull if admin confirmation is enabled in board configuration and users are using 'I forgot my password'. In phpBB2 by default an email is send to the user with the reactivation link. But the user have not enough rights to reactivate the acoount.
This MOD sends an email to the site admins with the reactivation link and an information email to the user.
