Hi!
Thank you for this mod. It's usefull.
Just have one problem. When I click to confirm sending new password in email there is no subject. It says "This email has no subject" and then inside email it says "Subject: New password activation". Under that is my text...
How can I fix this?

No subject in email - I forgot - Send Username and Password
No subject in email
Don't forget to clear cache, refresh template, theme and imageset, double check all files

Thank you for your query, I am wondering if you could uninstall this modification and then test for new password. By doing this we will check to see if the problem you are having was already there prior to installing 'I forgot - Send Username and Password'.
