This mod will allow you to limit the count of messages and/or topics of an user per forum.
This can be useful if you wish to create a permission that would force the member to get VIP access to post more post/topic in the forum
Of course these restrictions can be ignored via forum permissions
This mod is the reverse of Post Count Requirement
Important Notice:
As of the version 1.0.1, the MOD is not appropriate for large boards at this version.
