i've recently installed Live Preview in http://www.hottelino.de.

I use a subsilver2-based style named "AeroGreen" - preview works nearly perfect, but German Umlauts:

ä ö ü and so on

are not shown correctly. Looks like encoding problem UTF8/ASCII.

When a user sends a post, Umlauts will be shown correct.

What can I do to solve this problem?

Server load was extreme, my forum was unusable!

both points arent right, bcs.
first: the mod have full utf8 support, but no subsilver2 support, so you dont transform the mod right to that style.
second: in modx i have the note, that you can setup the ajax update time but even if i use the standard time, none of my boards have issues at all, so your server have not enough performance, is on high traffic anyway, is on low shared host, is heavy modded or similar reasons.
