Hello Guys,

I intall my mchat and it not scroll in the chat, All line is fixed.

I setting my chat to 30 lines and choose scroll bottom to top.

Why my scroll does not work?

This error continue to me. Help me please
Why my scroll bar is fixed in botton? it not scroll in any device. The chat is static. Only run if send a message, but can not scroll the bar, is frozzen.
Only scroll if upload the page, but if I send another message in chat it not work more any time... until upload the page again...

Someone know how fix it?

Use a template not prosilver?

The only way to fix this problem is to read the install.xml file and compare the files to be modified one by one, to check which code is missing and to enter it manually, once the verification and correction is complete, you only need to update your template, theme and Clean the cache, repeat the last steps several times.
