Do you have snapshot of the received HTML email? I would like to get an idea of how the email will look to the recipient.

You can see it at the screenshots. There are scrrenshots of the previews. These have nearly the same layout like the e-mails. It's looking like http://www.phpbb.com/customise/db/downl ... -mode_view .
The layout can be customize in several ways. http://www.phpbb.com/customise/db/mod/m ... 90#details
The example shows the default layout for user with prosilver style.
Real newsletter e-mails you can see on my websites.
