Mark: Great mod. working well. I have 2.2.25. I noticed a request to join my site but because it was foreign I let it sit and not approved. Today, I noticed the digest had been going out to this email since registration. The options setting permit the user to choose a digest upon registration but I think the code should be changed to start sending only once the user is approved. Otherwise, it starts sending digests to users who may not be legitimate recipients. I don't know if this was addressed in 2.2.26 but I'm writing because I think it is important.
