I installed and the search worked but then I could not delete a pm. I mark it and select delete from the dropdown, click the button and nothing happens.

Any suggestions would be highly appreciated.

Yes I have the same problem. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

I get the same trouble....

It's been 3 month since I posted my message, and still no response. He must be one busy guy, because I know he logged into the forum at 2 PM today!

I don't have any trouble... what's your phpbb version? Have you install manually or automod?

I installed on 3.0.4 using AutoMod / ModX.

same issue here...again using AutoMod, i have a fresh copy of 3.0.9 installed...im assuming no one has found a solution to this in the mean time??

i found i can open a PM and delete via the [x] but not using the drop down/delete selected in the PM inbox

I ended up removing this mod since it wasn't functioning properly in 3.0.4 which it was suppose to officially support and no one was able to delete any PM. It also caused the messages to show the from user from the wrong user in Inbox for some users, which went away after we removed the Mod. The fact that it doesn't support 3.0.9. was also keeping us from upgrading so removing it was the best choice for us I believe.

I am not sure how this Mod was approved but it honestly shouldn't have been. It is a very useful concept but has a lot of bugs in it still which the Author doesn't seem to want to fix.

I manually installed on 3.09 and ended up removing it. I agree with you digioz. What are users to do when their inbox full and cannot delete........ stop using pms?

ive just disabled this by removing the user perms for everyone for the time being...

hoping a fix will be available as this is a top idea and makes my life a lot easier than sorting thru 20 pages of PMs to find 'the one'

I think they should include a feature like this in the base code, I mean why would anyone want to page through all the different records in their inbox and even open them one by one to find something!

What version of PHPBB and the Mod are you running?
