It would be nice that when members click on a image (everywhere) it will use the chosen zoom but not redirect to the original location. (url)

I'm not sure what that means. Could you clarify?

When a user post a image with url tag and someone clicks on that image, the click on image will open the location of the image (external site).

It would be nice if the image url is not opened when clicked on. But just zoom the image.(without zoom button)

Yeah that's not possible in the current iteration of this MOD, and probably the same for future versions, because there is a link tag wrapped around the image. I think the zoom in and out icons are still functional but determining what the user would want to do when someone clicks on any other part of the image is impossible plus they themselves set it up to be a linked image.
