I need help with minor modifications. I need to add one extra block in this way:

I need to eliminate the latest posts from specific forums in the first block. And in the second, then let them display again and eliminating everything else. I have no problem with the elimination and re-display, but I do not know how to create the new one extra block. Could someone please advise me?

I have zero idea what you are talking about. What does "then let them display again and eliminating everything else" even mean. I don't even know what you want displayed in your "other block".

In 2012, you sent me custom code (I was paying you for it), for elimination of specific groups. Now I need create new extra block. In the first will be the latest posts from normal users and in the second by special user groups. I have on the forum traders and for them I need a separate new block. (they have their own groups)
So simply:
In the first block posts only from normal users and in the second only from traders.
I can also just disable recent posts from a certain part of the forum in the first block and then these displayed in the second block. But I do not know how to create the new one extra block.

Not going to be possible, I don't believe, as topics are linked to forums and the auths of which are checked for when viewing. Just as the first block in this mod is created.

It is not possible to create 4 blocks instead of those 3? So that the first two show latest posts and 3(Top posts users) + 4(last registered) remained as they are? And only set what posts should be displayed in the first and in the second block.

Traders are allowed to discuss only in a certain part of the forum. They have their own special subforums. It is not difficult to eliminate them in the first block. And if there was a second block so there those posts again allow.

I won't be changing this especially for a phpBB version that is no longer supported.
