Trying to change color of hover :(

by **CASANOVA** » Sun Aug 08, 2010 2:56 am

I have one big problem :/ I try to make this hover be black like on this pic:

Image

And I editedt tooltip.css like this:

Code: Select all

/**
 * @package styles
 * @version $Id: tooltip.css,v 1.1 2008/12/09 22:26:52 rmcgirr83 Exp $
 * @copyright (c) 2008 Richard McGirr (RMcGirr83) - http://rmcgirr83.org
 * @license http://opensource.org/licenses/gpl-license.php GNU Public License
 ---------------------------------------- */

#tooltip{
   padding: 3px;
   border: solid 1px #000000;
   display: none; /*white-space: nowrap;*/
   background: #252525;
   color: #FFFFFF;
   font: 12px Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;
   text-align: left;
   position: absolute;
   left: 0;
   z-index: 1000;
   filter: alpha(opacity=85);
   opacity: .85;
    -moz-border-radius: 10px;
    -webkit-border-radius: 10px;
}

but nothing happened than I saw somewhere here that I must refresh my theme in ACP but it says the files are store on filesystem there is no need to refresh! Then I enter again in ACP theme/tooltip.css and saw it was edited but no effect than I click subbmit but I didn' t want it and now my board is messed UP :( It is all white and then I refresh the theme and it is better but it is not like before it was no borders not my background etc :(
you can see it on http://www.brijesnica-cs.com

And I now see in the ACP theme details it is stored in database not like before in filesystem and I can change it :(

The stylesheet file was unwritable so the stylesheet is now stored in the database containing your modification.

I was stupid :( I try to change the color of hover and I just make problems to myself omg :oops:
Can you maybe help me :/

You would use "background-color" to change the tooltip css to have a black background. As far as your other error, that has nothing to do with this mod but simply means that your search_wordlist table is gone. You need to seek support in the forum to get that fixed.

Nothing to do with this mod. Ask in the support forum.
