Not sure if this board is still active but worth a shot.
I have recently tried this extension on a fresh phpBB 3.3.5 install, which is running standard prosilver style.
The topic text colour picker appears on New Post, and does present the colour of the topic in the forum.
I want to set it so that only Mods and Admins can change the topic text colour, but can't see how to restrict user permissions.
I cannot find the permission configuration options in any of the forms. For example they are not present in:
Group Forum Permissions -> Forum permissions -> Registered Users -> Standard Access - which one of the other posts on this board shows.
My apologies but I'm new to phpBB, and this extension in particular!
Does anyone know how I can set this up so that the restriction can be applied to user permissions i.e. how do I get the permission options to be presented?

Re: phpBB 3.3.5 - can't find permissions
Ignore the above post - I was mixing this up with the Topic Title Color extension (note the slight difference in spelling of Color / Colour - who knew there were two enhancements to phpBB that were so close in name!).
Anyway I now understand that this version is a Mod, which is no longer supported under the later versions of phpBB3.
Unfortunately there doesn't appear to be a delete message capability on this board.
