Buttons Not Showing

by Groundy » Sun Nov 21, 2010 10:09 pm

I've just installed this MOD and the buttons are not showing.

The DIY instructions say that I need to refresh my styles and images, If I do that my forum resets my customised Icons to default, and it's a real pain going through them all again

You need to refresh your imageset for them to show.
Need a mod/extension created/installed, other custom-coded solution or a server admin? https://tumba25.net

I assume they are copied to the correct place? If you don't use Prosilver.

You have to copy the "styles" folder from the folder called root into the root of your board. Then:

Go to ACP > Styles and refresh your theme and imageset when done.
Don't forget to purge your cache.

Gone to Styles, refreshed imageset, refreshed theme.
Purged cache.
Nothing happened at all.

Same thing here. Version 3.0.8, style prosilver, refreshed theme, imageset, purged cache and no image. Though when I looked at the page source the code is there.

So I did something silly - I emptied the Google Chrome browser cache, reloaded the page - and guess what - the buttons showed up :)

I'm using Version 3.0.8, and I have installed this mod, refreshed everything and do not see any tweet buttons. In the board settings, there is now an input box for ACP_TWEET_HASH: which is blank. Can you tell me if I need to fill this box in, and what needs to go into it?
Thanks,
Michel

Same here, and I made sure images are present in the various styles I allow...

Same here. I think the issue is that this mod was made for those that use prosilver style, and if your custom style doesn't have the extra css files that it needs in order for this mod to work, I think that's where the issue is. I am currently using the style: maroon fusion and it's not working--not showing the icons.

I think that all mods should support the standard styles: prosilver and subsilver2--this way we can apply the right fix for our custom styles that are based by one. And if your custom style isn't based on either one, then you're in trouble--unless you are a pro.
