I have a problem with Universal No Avatar MoD, when some imagehostings delete avatars (which are used on my board) from their servers , the no avatar image not showing up.
How to fix that?

Thats not related to this mod. External images do get deleted from time to time.
You can do two things. Delete the image in ucp or acp for the user.
Dont allow external avatars. The avatars on your site will only be needed if your site is still running, so having them saved on your site prevents this from happening.
