Update Version for phpBB 3.0.9

Because of coding changes in phpBB the "find" for this MOD has changed.

With that in mind I've altered the install file. Also, changed the path of the no_avatar image to place it in the avatar/gallery directory, updated the MODX version, and changed the version number to 1.0.1.

For those who want to use AutoMOD for the install this version has been successfully tested.

Just delete the whole of the previous MOD package and replace it with this one.

Thanks for the update.

I had to manually edit my functions_display.php file as documented here and I had to manually copy no_avatar.gif to images/avatars/no_avatar.gif.

After doing that it works fine on 3.0.9.

This mod works well on my v3.0.9 boards. However the default avatar has a sizing issue in phpbb arcade, where the default avatar is way bigger than user avatars in the arcade section, I came across this which fixes the issue in an earlier version (1.0), but the find is different in 1.0.1. I've run tests on a 3.0.9 , 3.0.10, and 3.0.12 versions, with this update and all of them work perfectly.
