I just moved the STK folder to the phpBB root directory and used the browser to navigate to ../phpBB3/STK. I received an error that folder & file cannot be found, see image [*

I looked at both phpBB folders and STK folders, there is no folder labeled db nor a file labeled db_tools.php.

I downloaded Support tools again from https://www.phpbb.com/customise/db/official_tool/stk/ and the zip file does not contain the folder or file. I looked at the phpBB 3.2.5 zip file and they are not there either.

Where may I find it?

The STK does not support phpBB 3.2.x, only 3.0.x.
