Is there a fix for the dropdown menus always being open?

I saw someone mention it in another thread but never saw the solution.

Tried using the updated version. Problem is worse now.

Font sizes are all wrong and icons are spread and icons are spread all over the screen.

I tried going back into stylesheet.css and inserting ?v=3.2 into the appropriate places. No effect.

Ahh, and the prosilver style is on 3.2 also???
