Quotes seem to be broken.

I was just about to post this same issue.

I'm getting two quotation marks for every bubble and appears to be picking up the prosilver quotation in addition to the subsilver one.

This behaviour is actually the same in the phpBB demo board, so it's a problem with the style not any of our individual boards
