Latest version is always available at GitHub repository.
Important: GitHub repository does not include third party glyph fonts and stylesheet.css.
To get glyph fonts download latest version from ether my website or phpbb.com, copy fonts from directory "theme".
To create stylesheet.css follow instructions in this tutorial.
