Temanın vasfı öyle zannedersem. Duyurular ve global duyurular ayrı oluyor. Sabitlenen başlıklar aynı forumun bir parçası olarak kalıyor. Fakat hep üstte gözüküyor.

Pinned topics are not intended to be separated. You have to look for extensions, it's not a problem of style.
