How to add nav bar buttons?

Where the Forums and Members buttons are at the top, how would you add more? I have Pages mod installed and I would like to directly link to certain pages from there. I have no idea what to look for as far as adding this.

What version of the theme did you install? 3.1.x, 3.2.x. If 3.2, Vinny's version or SASS version?

I downloaded 3.2 from https://www.phpbb.com/customise/db/style/black/

All I want to do is add a chat bubble with the link to the mibbit widget web irc client that opens in a new window for regular and mobile browsers.

Idk how to do this stuff and I'm using a mobile device to try and customize my forum. I just have 2 edits I need for now.

I want that chat bubble and I wanted to remove the logo and make the style stretch to fit the page so it looks alright. Can ya help me?
