Solved mostly: No mcp on black style

Hi I recently got back into phpbb and I like the style and hope we can fix this...

Global moderators don't seem to be able to access the moderator control panel unless they switch to another theme...

But my founder account can access mcp on any theme

Did you Purge Cache from the ACP?

That was the first thing I tried... even looked around for settings like the old phpbb where you could refresh the style

Ok I figured out we were looking at the wrong spot... opps

We were looking here because it shows mcp there on my founder acount

But I finured out that where I see the shield for acp, mods have mcp.

So problem solved but is there any way to add mcp to the drop down list like the images?
