Yes

On my IE this page work only header Font size is a bit big.
On Firefox it work perfectly now.

No it's not working fine at all.
The browsers just fill in the missing stuff differently.

I think you are missing the css edits, Actually... I'm even missing the subsilver files if i download the zip

try adding at least this to stylesheet.css

Well that would mean quite some work and I'm not going to do it , it's already the case that you should really ask the mod author because your issues are not related to the style anway.

You seem to assume that what you don't see isn't there, if a coding error does not show it does not mean it is not a coding error! (Just like the BOM, the fact you did not find it ..does not mean it is not there ..and I do still have a feeling this BOM is the root of your impressum page evil)
(all your portal errors are already mentioned in this thread, please don't make me repeat them again)

impressum.php looks pretty much ok to me..
