Lost my navbar background no idea how.

My Breadcrumb and navbar have changed color. i have no idea what i did.
As of las night everything was fine. I was posting in my forums and now the breadcrub trail is blacked out.

My ultimate goal is to tuck the new link bar up into the header or add links to the header in white font.
But fixing this is a must please help
