[SOLVED] logo.png vs. logo_hd.png?

by devnulljp » Sun Dec 31, 2017 4:09 am

Can anyone shed light on the need for two logo files: logo.png vs. logo_hd.png?
The header seems to call logo.png; where does logo_hd.png get used? Do I really need a HD version of my logo?

EDIT: Never mind, I found this: viewtopic.php?f=481&t=2317331
You need to edit this code in overall_header.html

There are 2 links in that code: logo.png and logo_hd.png. logo.png is normal logo, logo_hd.png is logo for high definition displays, such as Apple Retina and displays used by most modern phones. logo_hd is the same as logo, but twice bigger.

If you have only one image for normal displays, replace logo.png with your logo file name and remove data-src-hd="{T_THEME_PATH}/images/logo_hd.png"
