Hello,

You could try as following:

- in "template" folder, replace in "overall_header.html" following element:

Code: Select all

   <div class="headerbar">
         <div class="inner"><span class="corners-top"><span></span></span>
         <div id="site-description">
            <a href="{U_INDEX}" title="{L_INDEX}" id="logo">{SITE_LOGO_IMG}</a>
            <h1>{SITENAME}</h1>
            <p>{SITE_DESCRIPTION}</p>
            <p class="skiplink"><a href="#start_here">{L_SKIP}</a></p>
         </div>
         <span class="corners-bottom"><span></span></span></div>
      </div>

by:

Code: Select all

   <div class="headerbar">
         <div class="inner"><span class="corners-top"><span></span></span>
         <div class="page-header" align="center">
         <script type="text/javascript" src="xxx.js"></script>
         </div>
         <div id="site-description">
            <!--<a href="{U_INDEX}" title="{L_INDEX}" id="logo">{SITE_LOGO_IMG}</a>
            <h1>{SITENAME}</h1>
            <p>{SITE_DESCRIPTION}</p>-->
            <p class="skiplink"><a href="#start_here">{L_SKIP}</a></p>
         </div>
         <span class="corners-bottom"><span></span></span></div>
      </div>

In this script (here named xxx.js), you can put anything you want, text, logo or banner,...

ok, I found the solution to my problem, it was enough to add a line in common.css: headerbar

.headerbar {
background: #191919 none repeat-x 0 0;
color: #FFF;
margin-left: 35px;
margin-bottom: 4px;
padding: 0 5px;

to move the images to the center line I added margin-left: and adjust to my liking pixels...
thank you anyway for your help

If you mean banner as in logo/header then simply Open overall_header.html

Find:

Code: Select all

         <div id="site-description">
            <!--<a href="{U_INDEX}" title="{L_INDEX}" id="logo">{SITE_LOGO_IMG}</a>
            <h1>{SITENAME}</h1>
            <p>{SITE_DESCRIPTION}</p>-->
            <p class="skiplink"><a href="#start_here">{L_SKIP}</a></p>
         </div>

Replace with:

Code: Select all

         <div id="site-description">
            <a href="{U_INDEX}" title="{L_INDEX}" id="logo">{SITE_LOGO_IMG}</a>
            <!--<h1>{SITENAME}</h1>
            <p>{SITE_DESCRIPTION}</p>-->
            <p class="skiplink"><a href="#start_here">{L_SKIP}</a></p>
         </div>

Open imageste.cfg in the imageset folder and find:

Code: Select all

img_site_logo =

Replace that with:

Code: Select all

img_site_logo = logo.png

Save and add the logo you want to the imageset folder.

Basically just remove <!-- and --> before and after the logo and site description code. By adding the code i posted the logo/headerbar will show up but the sitename and site description will be disabled and a logo in png format will be activated. PS! remember to clear your templates and cache.

Like in css files where you can use /**/ to disable code, <!-- --> can also be used as to disable a code but on html files.
