Attachment Status missing when uploading

Hello,
Just migrated to 3.2.2 and swapped style to Flat style. Thanks for the great work.
I just noticed what seems to be a bug : attachment status is missing. No progression. No acknowledgment. See capture.
Confirmed ok when using Prosilver style.

A new version has been validated and released that fixes this and another small bug.
