If you add more than one image attachment to a post, the attachment upload area is only ever showing 1 attachment as uploaded. And I just deleted the 2 PNG images and replaced them with 2 JPG images uploaded instead to the same post and it's shows no attachments listed as uploaded. So I switched to proSilver theme to check, and that does show them listed as uploaded. So something to do with this theme not listing all attached images uploaded to a post

I suspect this same problem will be there in all the Arty themes you converted for 3.2

Actually, I don't think it is a style issue. Just been using proSilver and now it's doing the same in that theme also. looks like it's a bug in phpbb 3.2.2

Everyone who updated to 3.2.2 had this issue, the fix was quickly issued and can be found here:

I installed the patches now, but I didn't actually upgrade. I did a clean install of 3.2.2 only a few weeks back. So would have thought those fixes should be included now in the full install package?

This was posted on Jan 8th, way before I downloaded 3.2 and I've had to install all 3 patches looking at the files to edit
