Disabling the board messes up the CSS

Not that it matters an awful lot, but when the "Board disabled" message is shown to admin, it creates a gap between the Content Page Header DIV and the forum list. Just wanted to report. Running 3.3.10.

Thank you for bringing this to my attention. If you want to fix it open overall_header.html and on line 153 change </div></div></div> to </div>
