I tried to change alot of settings, but when I change things like the logo and even replace the file, nothing updates on the web server. Ive tried rebooting the machine but nothing works.

In order to see changes, you need to
1) modify the style offline
2) upload the modified file(s) with FTP
3) press the "purge cache" button in ACP.

Make sure you purge the cache every time you do a change to the "template" folder
but if you are changing anything in the "theme" folder there is no need to purge the cache

Plus if you are adding a logo the image name should be logo.png
