FYI, it seems like there is no [url] around the preview screenshot on the summary page (https://www.phpbb.com/customise/db/styl ... l_edition/). Meaning it's not "clickable", and will not let you zoom the screenshot to large viewing size. But there is no URL or target indicated when just hovering, either, so thinking the link is just missing.
