Hello,

I'm completely new to forum hosting and phpBB, but I already managed to set up a forum.

Now I'd like to switch to prosilver SE, but I'm having issues uploading the package to the host server.

Here's what I did:

1) I downloaded prosilver SE 3.2.7 (I'm on Mac so it's already unzipped)
2) I fired up FileZilla and connected to the host server
3) I tried to upload prosilver SE to the phpBB styles folder
4) I repeatedly received error messages (see attachment)

Any idea why it won't let me upload prosilver SE?

Check the settings with your server.

I already - unsuccessfully - tried to change the settings of the "styles" folder (file attributes -> owner permissions) before posting my help request.

Well, seems like the issue originated one layer below: I logged in as site admin and adjusted the webspace permissions.
