Decided to just go with the vanilla prosilver instead. I cannot even see a difference between this style and prosilver anymore. If you need to change the prosilver colors, just edit colors.css, simple.
Added benefit is that upgrades of phpBB software are now simpler. And I like simpler when life is so complex....
