My phpBB forum is 3.0.11 and I really want to install RANK TOPIC mode. Basically, the admin will post a topic such as to introduce a HOTEL and allow users to comment and RATE to that topic
Please advice if it is possible to have Rank Topic installed properly in my current forum? How can I start?
