subsilver2 width problem

Hi.
I search the forum and found the instructions on subsilver2 width, because default one is just too long. I added the code and changed it to 950px, and it looks fine. Now, problem is, when i go to FAQ, theme increases by idk, 3-4 px, but this is not major problem. The bigger problem is, when i go to "Send Private message", the width of box where u should type message in increases big to the right side. I really hope you understand, otherwise i can post a picture. The code i added is about width and margin-left and right at <body>. And im talking about Subsilver2 style.

Thank you!

Has anyone determined a solution yet???

In posting_body.html change width: 700px; to width: 100px;.

Nope... Sorry. That did nothing.

Anyone else?

Are you sure you're refreshing templates? With pit-PL's edit I got this:

After:

Not sure how you narrowed the board but I followed this guide: viewtopic.php?f=74&t=1737475#p12796281

Which gives you this:

A thread is pretty much a topic. Stop with the pedantics will ya.

Yes, I FOUND IT! :D

My apology to everyone including 'pit-PL' and 'You".

Yes, I was purging the cache and refreshing the template. Nothing changed! I continued to have the same problem for days! Nothing worked!

I logged in today, and VOILA! Everything worked!

Come to find out the problem was with my ISP! For some reason, any images or files that I viewed were stored in their cache, and that's what was being returned to me. Yes, I cleared the cache on the board and the cache in my browser many times over, but they kept returning to me cached files from their server. I've never had that problem before. Yes, I was furious due to the fact that it cost me a lot of valuable time.

Once Again,
Thank You for the Replies and The Solution!
