Thank you for this, of course, but it fixes half of the question, the only question remains is how to remove the rest of the buttons from the banner?

Another question, when editing any style files, for example html - changes are not applied
1) cleared the cache ctrl + 5
2) cleaned the cache of the forum itself
what is the problem?
