I see a tab for "Contribution Details" and a tab for "Discussion/Support"

So where is the tab for "Instructions" ???

Actually, it would have been professional to place the instructions on the front page next to the actual download.

At the moment, I'm just moving the language pack folder all over, trying to figure out where it goes for the ACP to acknowledge it.

I found them. On the front page of the languages section? In the top right?

THERE NEEDS TO BE A BUTTON FOR INSTRUCTIONS
NEXT TO EVERY SINGLE DOWNLOAD BUTTON,
THAT CAN EASILY TAKE PEOPLE TO THE INSTRUCTIONS PAGE!!!

You're right, I'll add later a link to the instructions on the description of language pack's page.
