After carefully following the language install instructions I am having issues with this below error when whenever I save any changes on the admin, and the extensions are not disable Like the warning / error message says either.. I turned disabled and uninstalled all extensions and still getting the error. I also remove uninstalled the American English language pack.

You should probably report your issue to the phpBB support section, because this error is not due to the language pack itself. Thanks.
