3.2.3 missing files?

Looks like the packages missing some files and lines 8-)

Hi,

thank you for your message.

The LICENSE is the same as phpBB at all, because this is the standard language. The authors are the same as phpBB, so they are the same as at the time of release active developers. So need of this file.

And why do you think, the language package misses those two language keys:

EMAIL_FUNCTION_NAME
EMAIL_FUNCTION_NAME_EXPLAIN
in acp/board.php?

If you take a look into the original repository: https://github.com/phpbb/phpbb/blob/3.2 ... /board.php these language keys are not there aswell. So there is no need to add them into the language package or any other translation.
